VACANCIES:
This role will be responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience whilst in clinic, ensuring they feel comfortable at all times, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. The phlebotomist may also be required to travel to client sites/mobile clinics to take samples on occasion.
Essential:
- Phlebotomy certificate of competence/equivalent training.
- High Level of IT literacy.
- Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Ability to manage existing clientele and generate new clientele at the same time.
Desirable:
- Experience in a private healthcare setting.
- Confidence and experience working internal/external events.
- Sales/retail experience.

You will contribute to the business by driving sales and will endeavour to grow awareness of the Randox Health brand by promoting the extensive range of preventative health testing.

- Sales/retail/hospitality experience.
- Confidence and experience working internal/external events with a commercial mindset.
- Proven sales record and experience with KPI management.

- Experience in a private healthcare/beauty therapy setting.
