Phlebotomist - UK Locations

This dual role will be responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience while in the clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients, ensuring they feel comfortable at all times. The Phlebotomist may also travel to client sites to take samples.

Personal Coordinator Team Leader - UK Locations

This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating workload/training of Personal Coordinators along with Clinic Managers to ensure a high-quality personalised care experience for all clients, making clients feel ‘special’ and satisfied by receiving a 5* treatment.

The role involves helping to ensure that the patient journey is a smooth and stress-free experience and ultimately contributing to the smooth running of the service and provide administrative support and reception cover for clients and the network of professional colleagues.

Clinic Manager - Chichester

The Clinical Manager is to ensure that the service provided is fit for purpose, consistent, and meets both external and internal requirements. They will manage the clinic team and ensure the smooth running of all clinic procedures and activities.

For this position, as you may be in contact with live blood samples, you must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage.

The Role:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations to include International Standardisation Organisation and Care Quality Commission.
  • Ensure that all staff adhere to the Quality Management System.
  • Manage clinical and administrative staff, along with maintaining relations with GPs, specialists, doctors, couriers, and laboratory staff.
  • The development and appraisal of staff.
  • The organisation and monitoring of team development and training, ensuring that all staff training plans are up to date.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Manage clinic expenditure.
  • Co-ordinate with Quality Managers to carry out internal audits, report incidents, and implement corrective / preventive actions.

Personal Co-ordinator - UK Locations

This role will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an excellent experience while in the clinic, ensuring they feel comfortable at all times.

In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a standard Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Business Development Executive - London

Randox Health currently has a vacancy for a target driven individual in the position Business Development Executive to join our dynamic and growing team based London. This Business Development Executive will be responsible for growing B2B sales targeting corporate clients and insurance companies to promote our suite of tests / packages now available via Randox Health.

The Role:

  • Responsible for the sales performance within the defined territory
  • Management of global distributor patterns
  • Management of key relations with our current customers
  • Conduct in market customer visits to increase sales
  • Building up in-depth knowledge of Randox and competitor products
  • Management of key accounts and direct selling of Randox products to customers
  • Identify new market opportunities and increase sales
  • Handle customers queries in a timely and efficient manner

Driver

This team of Drivers will be responsible for picking up samples from partner organisations and bringing them to our site for processing. They will also be required to transport samples between our processing centre and our lab. All drivers must ensure the integrity of the cargo is maintained and all schedules are met.

The Candidate:
Essential:

•    Full, clean driving licence with no points or endorsements.
•    GCSE (or equivalent) in Math and English Language (Grades A-C).
•    Good organisational skills.
•    Good interpersonal and team working skills.
•    Excellent timekeeping / time management skills.
