Holland & Barrett, the UK’s leading health and wellness retailer, is formalising and strengthening its relationship with Randox Health, a global leader in diagnostic testing, as both organisations commit to exploring new ways to bring innovative diagnostic services to customers.
14 in-store Randox Health clinics already operate successfully within Holland and Barrett stores, and 8 more are set to follow, reflecting the shared Randox Health and Holland & Barrett vision to make accessible diagnostics part of everyday wellness.
Looking ahead, both organisations are exploring how the partnership could evolve into a more joined-up proposition for the customer. This brings together Holland and Barrett’s trusted wellness expertise with Randox Health’s advanced diagnostic capabilities to create a seamless, end-to-end health experience. While still in development, this shared vision reflects the ambition of both partners to offer customers something more than diagnostics on the high street. To combine testing, personalised insights, health and wellness advice, product solutions, and access to the most effective third-party solutions and ongoing support within a single, connected offering.
Each new Randox Health space offers in-clinic blood testing that provides deeper insight into key biomarkers – including heart, hormone, nutrition and metabolic health – helping to identify potential imbalances early and enable timely action. With a wide range of testing options, from full-body checks like the Everyman and Everywoman packages to dedicated tests for specific concerns, customers can choose the level of insight that suits them.
Appointments can be booked online with no GP referral required, and results are delivered through the Randox platform in as little as two hours from the sample’s arrival at the lab, giving clients same-day access to comprehensive health insights. In the future, each report will be accompanied by product recommendations and wellness advice through Holland & Barrett’s ecosystem, helping individuals take immediate, informed steps toward better wellbeing.

Since introducing Randox Health in June 2024, the partnership has delivered strong engagement and measurable results – including over 10,000 health tests performed across the first 14 stores to date.
